Adam is a Columbia native, who’s interest in music began very early in life. He started playing guitar at the age of twelve and after originally being self taught, he began studying under Freeway Music Ballentine/Irmo Owner, Drew Medlin. Since then, he has played all over the state in bands such as Emory Lane, The Liquid Hustle, Funky Junk, Blackbeard’s Truck and most recently Dead Swells. Adam’s style of playing is mainly inspired by genres such as blues, jazz, and rock. He strives to help all of his student’s meet their personal goals while maintaining a fun and relaxed teaching atmosphere.
